One of the problem on the development in Indonesia is urbanization. Urbanization can be defined as mobilization of the people who leave their village and going to city. Many people thought that can be better in the city. But, the city isn’t friendly for them and some of them should be worker of informal sector which cannot give the better of life. The labor force working in the formal sector only 35%, whereas in the informal sector reached 65%. Further, in the pressure of economy, such as completely irregular, suffered ecological damage, deepening housing problems and hygiene, increasingly intensive crime as the impact of centralized economics activity on the city.
How about decentralization concept? Have this point encouraged the economics activities on the village which motivated the people to develop their village? In my opinion, the government and their partner have to encourage the development in city and village. The City have to be a market for the goods, and being a four dynamics place for administration of government, private offices, educational/ cultural, and economic activities in the service sector (Erani, 2011). And the village have to be a supplier goods for the city, not only being a supplier of workers that increasing the number of unemployment in city. The city and village can be linked as a producer place and markets. So, we have to do this job to return the function of each place.
